You'll own the design and development of thermal control systems for artificial-gravity space stations, from initial trades to validation. You'll drive project delivery through production, launch, and orbit insertion. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and develop thermal control system components like heat exchangers and cold plates.
- Iterate on manufacturing processes and development testing in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform systems engineering tasks and fluid analyses.
- Lead design reviews internally and externally with suppliers and customers.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline.
- Experience working with fluid systems or components.
- 5+ years of hands-on hardware experience performing fabrication, assembly and/or testing.
✨ Nice to Have
- 4+ years of experience with fluid systems or components.
- Experience with rotating machinery.
- Proficiency in NX and structural analysis methods (FEMAP, ANSYS).
