Description

You'll lead and oversee all commissioning activities for mission-critical facility projects, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors from design through handoff to ensure systems meet specifications and performance standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in critical systems commissioning
• Strong client-facing presence and proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with commissioning phases L0-L6 and standards such as ASHRAE Guideline 0
• Knowledge of EHS requirements, LOTO procedures, and safe energization workflows
• Proficiency in commissioning documentation and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all commissioning activities from design through handover (L0-L6)
• Perform field inspections, system walkdowns, and installation verification
• Lead pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
• Develop and maintain the Commissioning Plan, schedules, test scripts, and project documentation
• Serve as primary client contact, providing progress updates, risk assessments, and technical guidance
