Description

In this role, you will review applicant information and documents, conduct Video KYC, and perform periodic reviews of existing customers' KYC. You'll work to ensure compliance and enhance customer experience while collaborating with your team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in payment industry or risk management
• Familiarity with India KYC review
• Service-oriented with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Review applicant information and documents using internal and external tools/vendors
• Approve, decline, or request additional information from applicants
• Conduct Video KYC during customer onboarding
• Perform periodic reviews of service requests and KYC for existing customers
• Escalate issues and propose solutions to enhance customer experience
