πΌ About This Role
You'll join a small, senior-level sales team at Tebra to partner with medical billing companies and drive adoption of our all-in-one EHR+ platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, consistently exceeding quota and metrics.
π― What You'll Do
- Prospect and hunt for new clients through proactive outbound efforts.
- Manage lead pipeline from initial contact to conversion.
- Lead effective product demonstrations of the Tebra platform.
- Report detailed weekly forecast and execution plan to leadership.
π Requirements
- 2+ years in a sales role as an individual contributor.
- Experience carrying a revenue quota and forecasting.
- Comfort with Salesforce, Outreach, and similar sales tools.
- Strong organizational mindset and attention to detail.

- Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology.
- Experience with pipeline management and upsell.
