You'll serve as a legal advisor for Veracode, guiding on all legal, regulatory, and contractual matters. You'll work closely with executive leadership and product teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy laws. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise leadership on corporate governance and legal strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer agreements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA.
• Lead legal aspects of incident response and breach notifications.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law.
• 10+ years of legal experience with significant in-house counsel.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and cybersecurity regulations.
