Description

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a virtual-first model. You'll have time to listen, educate, and personalize care, supported by expert-developed protocols and a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Washington state (residency required)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care
• Conduct quality visits designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care
• Utilize evidence-based protocols for hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators and clinical leaders
