Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will build the Business Finance function and serve as a strategic partner to G&A leadership. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial planning, forecasting, and operational insights to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance roles
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in cross-functional environment
• Proficient with Excel and slides; experience with Pigment or other ERP solutions a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business partnerships with leadership across Legal, Public Policy, Civility, Finance, Facilities, CorpEng, and InfoSec
• Manage G&A function's annual, quarterly, monthly, and long-range planning output
• Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights to influence resource allocation
• Partner with Corporate FP&A team to mature internal financial operations, processes, and tools
• Manage 1 analyst and operate as a player-coach
