• Skilled in building software for Windows and Real-Time Operating Systems

• Lead and mentor a software engineering team focused on scheduling solutions
• Drive design, development, testing, and deployment of scheduling engines
• Collaborate on software strategy, architecture, and innovation initiatives
• Oversee troubleshooting of real-time control systems and coordinate issue resolution
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with QA, Support, and Field Engineering teams
