You will lead global payroll implementation projects for the Nordics, focusing on Denmark, by acting as a subject matter expert, managing client hand-offs, and ensuring smooth transitions from inception to live payroll. You'll work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and support the wider implementation and operations teams.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge of Denmark payroll
• Payroll implementation experience
• Strong experience with Intega payroll software in Denmark
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Nordics payroll (focus on Denmark)
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects
• Manage process from inception through parallel runs to first live payroll
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementation
