💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI Agent deployment engagements for high-impact customer outcomes, partnering with executive stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp's AI agents. You'll balance strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, creating repeatable playbooks that scale the service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run process mapping and document requirements for agent deployments.
• Configure Certified Agents and supporting workflows.
• Drive launch readiness and admin/end-user enablement.
• Establish and track KPIs demonstrating business impact.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation in production environments.
• Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Strong process mapping and solution design skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise tooling and integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, NetSuite, SAP).
• Change management experience (adoption plans, enablement programs).
• Consulting background (Big 4 or similar).
