💼 About This Role

You'll assist in executing growth marketing strategies across Meta, paid media, influencer, and affiliate channels. You'll own the weekly performance report, maintain the testing roadmap, and produce creative briefs to keep agency partners on track. This role offers real visibility and room to grow into more responsibility as you prove it out.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own weekly growth marketing report and testing roadmap
• Write creative briefs and coordinate production pipeline
• Manage day-to-day agency partner communication
• Analyze weekly performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience
• Meta Ads platform proficiency
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis
• Project management skills for multiple workstreams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a DTC growth marketing agency
• Hands-on experience with AppLovin, YouTube, or influencer channels
• Active user of AI tools for creative ideation
