You'll safeguard platform integrity by identifying irregular behaviors and improving detection signals. You'll support user activation and compliance through data-driven reviews and clear communication. This role offers a chance to impact thousands of Process Servers across the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively surface irregular behaviors using data signals and reports.
• Perform structured case triage and compile evidence for enforcement.
• Facilitate the New User Experience program for compliant activations.
• Support creation and maintenance of self-serve resources.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, risk, compliance, or customer success.
• Proven ability to conduct structured account reviews including pattern-spotting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills in onboarding or documentation.
• Comfortable with data and BI tools like Tableau or spreadsheets.

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or technology platform.
• Experience creating contractor-facing content.
