You'll drive net-new logo acquisition across Healthcare Payer organizations, engaging CXOs on digital transformation and cloud modernization programs. Your core impact is opening new accounts and closing first deals, with success measured by new logos and pipeline creation. This role stands out as a pure hunter position, not account farming.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own net-new logo acquisition across Healthcare Payer accounts
- Build and execute territory and target account plans
- Prospect and engage CXOs (CIO, CDO, CTO, COO)
- Drive opportunities from cold start to deal close
📋 Requirements
- 10–18+ years in enterprise B2B services sales
- Proven hunter track record in net-new logo acquisition
- Experience selling IT services, digital engineering, or consulting
- Demonstrated success closing $2M–$10M+ first deals
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with global delivery and offshore/nearshore models
- Strong understanding of healthcare business workflows
- Executive presence with CXO-level storytelling
