🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through the documentation process via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers to move loans efficiently
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-year experience in mortgage operations
• Experience managing a borrower-facing pipeline with daily customer communication
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle document-heavy tasks
