Description

You will drive the strategy, development, and optimization of voice-based automation experiences powered by Generative AI at Natera. This role involves designing and launching AI-driven voice solutions to enhance patient, provider, and internal interactions, reducing friction and improving service quality.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience designing, launching, and scaling voice automation or conversational AI products.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, ASR, TTS, and RAG architectures.
• Experience in AI model evaluation, data curation for voice systems, and working with APIs or frameworks like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable improvements.
• Proven record of driving transformation through AI innovation; adaptable and strategic problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for voice automation initiatives including AI voice agents and speech-to-text/text-to-speech integrations.
• Identify and prioritize high-value voice automation opportunities across patient, provider, and internal support journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and deliver scalable AI voice solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies (LLMs, ASR/TTS engines, voice analytics) to accelerate development.
• Develop and track success metrics (accuracy, latency, resolution, NPS) to measure impact and identify improvements.
