💼 About This Role

You'll run high-leverage, data-driven experiments for Scribe’s 5M+ users. You'll partner with a product-minded team to ship rapid improvements across acquisition, onboarding, and pricing. Every experiment you ship can move company-level metrics within days as you own critical growth experiments end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run product growth experiments end-to-end
• Build and ship features across acquisition, onboarding, and pricing
• Analyze experiment data to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with Product and Design on hypothesis and scoping

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across frontend and backend
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments at high velocity
• Proficiency in Django, React (Next.js/TypeScript)
• Experience with Mixpanel for product analytics

• 2+ years working on a product growth team
• Experience building lead generation pipelines
• Experience with Martech tools
