• Own and lead employer branding strategy and campaigns end-to-end.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships with external organizations.
• Take employee ambassadorship program to the next level.
• Manage presence across social media and employer reputation platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, ideally in-house.
• Proven ability to define strategy and lead initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
