You'll provide in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Delray Beach. Your work will help patients maintain communication and swallowing function for daily life. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through a supportive agency network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing function
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans

📋 Requirements

• Active CCC SLP license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
