💼 About This Role

You'll shape the user experience of Front's customer operations platform, collaborating with Product and Engineering across three offices. You'll own features from ideation to launch, evolving the design system and delivering cross-platform experiences that empower B2B teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design features for third-party integrations and AI automation
• Evolve the design system with new components and documentation
• Design experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers in three locations

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping world-class products
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design process and refined UX/UI
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems
• Collaborative approach with Product, Design, and Engineering

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or complex technical systems
• Experience with AI products
