You'll independently provide reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial espresso and coffee systems in the Chicago area. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable equipment and building strong client relationships. This role offers a company vehicle and a $1,500 signing bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, and water systems.
• Own customer relationships and ensure professional, safe service.
• Meet SLA requirements with thorough inspections and accurate paperwork.

📋 Requirements

• At least one year servicing equipment with electrical/water testing.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

• Experience as a barista or in coffee retail.
