You'll design and implement AI/ML-driven tools for an unpublished R&D game product. Your work will directly increase developer efficiency by automating workflows and solving complex challenges. This role offers the chance to shape the future of AI tooling at a top game studio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and implement AI-powered developer workflow enhancements
• Partner with engineering leaders to define AI tooling vision
• Lead application of AI/ML to solve developer and player problems
• Mentor team and advocate for AI/ML tool adoption

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Experience with AI/ML systems in production
• Applied knowledge in reinforcement learning, LLM, or AI planning
• 2+ years in AAA game engine (Unity/Unreal)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and pandas
• Tools integrating with art pipelines (Maya, Blender)
• Experience with distributed teams
