Description

In this role, you will lead complex projects for Contentful's IS teams, driving key business initiatives from strategy to delivery. You'll manage schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and change requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will lay the foundation for the company's technological advancements in a fast-growing, AI-first environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience as a Project Manager
• Proven success leading projects to completion on-time, on-schedule, and within budget
• Experience leading and motivating project teams of various sizes, including internal and external resources
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization
• Experience working in a SaaS company with agile project management practices

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex projects from strategy to delivery with cross-functional teams
• Continuously improve project management best practices, templates, tools, and partnerships
• Manage project backlogs and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Assist with portfolio management, including tracking and reporting on enterprise-level IS projects
