You'll join Theodo FinTech as an Engineering Manager & Architect, ensuring architectural quality and managing up to 4 Tech Leads. You'll guarantee client satisfaction and drive technical improvements across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure quality of architectures and code produced by your teams.
• Directly manage up to 4 Tech Leads and their developers.
• Drive cross-functional technical and organizational changes.

📋 Requirements

• 7-14 years of professional experience.
• Confirmed experience in managing tech teams.
• Good mastery of Java (Spring Boot) and/or Angular.
• Ability to design scalable architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in service companies (ESN or consulting).
• Strong interest in using Generative AI for digital products.
