🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform.
• Translate institutional requirements into structured product specifications.
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and external partners.
• Oversee product performance, bug tracking, and continuous improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or ownership.
• 3+ years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product full lifecycle.
• Understanding of blockchain ecosystems and token standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with institutional clients (banks, asset managers).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA).
• Strong communication skills in English.
