💼 About This Role

You'll lead O2C settlement operations and accounting closing for Coupang's Rocket Delivery and Open Market businesses. You'll drive process innovation and digital transformation to optimize financial systems. This role offers exposure to both IFRS and US GAAP in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end O2C process from order to revenue recognition and settlement
• Standardize and centralize O2C processes across new business expansions
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing under IFRS and US GAAP
• Lead internal control and SOX compliance frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of financial accounting experience
• Accounting certification or accounting major
• English proficiency for stakeholder communication
• SAP experience and proficiency

• S/4 HANA implementation or usage experience
• SQL and analytics tool experience
• Experience in same industry (e-commerce)
