You'll manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of ~200 accounts, ensuring customer success and ROI with ControlUp's DEX platform. You'll drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal POD teams. This role combines human touch with digital engagement for a superlative customer experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Engage customers to align goals with solutions
- Drive retention and growth of lifetime customer value
- Support POD teams in expanding accounts via upsell
- Monitor product experience and recommend improvements
๐ Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Track record in SaaS businesses
- Portfolio of 200+ accounts across segments
- Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Outreach.io, Gong, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Google Workspace, FileMaker Pro
- Working knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMware virtualization)
- Experience with large IT departments
