You'll manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of ~200 accounts, ensuring customer success and ROI with ControlUp's DEX platform. You'll drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal POD teams. This role combines human touch with digital engagement for a superlative customer experience.

  • Engage customers to align goals with solutions
  • Drive retention and growth of lifetime customer value
  • Support POD teams in expanding accounts via upsell
  • Monitor product experience and recommend improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Track record in SaaS businesses
  • Portfolio of 200+ accounts across segments
  • Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Outreach.io, Gong, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Google Workspace, FileMaker Pro
  • Working knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMware virtualization)
  • Experience with large IT departments
