🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical aspects of production workflow from composition to publication.
• Develop and implement XML and workflow quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot composition, ingestion, and syndication issues with vendors.
• Train production staff on new workflows and technical updates.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of JATS experience
• 3+ years of archival and syndication workflow experience
• Significant publishing experience with XML-first workflows
