You'll design and deliver scalable omnichannel customer engagement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer. You will shape how enterprise journeys are orchestrated in real time, translating strategies into production-ready solutions at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design omnichannel architectures using Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer
• Configure AEP schemas, datasets, identity stitching, profiles, and segments
• Build and optimize customer journeys with event triggers and channel orchestration
• Develop batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines from Databricks or Snowflake

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in MarTech or digital/experience architecture
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer
• Experience integrating with CRM, messaging, and contact center systems like Salesforce or Twilio
• Strong understanding of customer data models and event-driven architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP and Web SDK
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance
• Experience in large-scale enterprise-grade MarTech implementations
