💼 About This Role

You'll drive retention and adoption for Bynder's AI-powered digital asset management platform, working with clients to create up-sell opportunities and act as the voice of the customer leading cross-department cooperation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule regular calls and face-to-face meetings with customers
• Create up-sell opportunities based on client needs
• Liaise between customer and Product team for feedback
• Educate customers on new features via trainings and webinars

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Fluent English speaker
• Proven history with client satisfaction and retention
• Ability to develop strong client relationships

• Experience with Marketing and Martech software
• Commercial experience and mindset
• French, German or Dutch language skills
