You'll act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, leading onboarding, integrations, and escalations in a remote-first SaaS environment. You'll drive customer retention by proactively monitoring account health and troubleshooting API and infrastructure issues. This role offers strong growth opportunities and direct impact on product and process improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers across onboarding and escalations
- Lead technical onboarding, integrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Collaborate with sales during pre-sales discussions to close enterprise deals
- Monitor account health, identify issues, and implement retention solutions
- Build internal automations and workflows to streamline support and reporting
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS
- Strong technical troubleshooting with coding ability in Python or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs, proxies
- Experience building automations or AI-driven workflows for operational efficiency
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with scraping technologies, anti-bot systems, or headless browsers
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion, Amplitude, Stripe
