💼 About This Role

You'll guide the statewide launch and coordination of a behavioral health initiative to expand crisis care in Kentucky hospitals. You'll align EmPATH units, mobile crisis teams, and telebehavioral health with Rural Health Transformation Program goals to strengthen rural health access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for RRR initiative aligning with RHTP goals.
• Lead statewide meetings and facilitate the EmPATH Consortium.
• Direct implementation across EmPATH units, mobile crisis, and telebehavioral health.
• Oversee data collection, metrics, and reporting for continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, behavioral health, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in behavioral health program management or crisis response.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-component programs and manage cross-sector teams.
• Experience with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with state-level health transformation or CMS demonstration projects.
• Knowledge of rural health systems and behavioral health crisis response.
• Familiarity with Kentucky’s public health ecosystem and rural community needs.
