You'll serve as the face of Aero's guest journey, delivering premium service in our lounge and onboard our private jets. You'll ensure a safe, seamless, and extraordinary end-to-end experience for all scheduled and charter flights. This role stands out for blending luxury hospitality with aviation operations at Van Nuys Airport.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as cabin host, delivering premium guest experience on all flights.
• Serve as lounge host, handling check-in, luggage, and TSA screening.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and service excellence throughout the journey.
• Prepare aircraft cabin, ensuring cleanliness and stocking of supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs and stand for extended periods.
