Your core impact is driving engagement, retention, and long-term satisfaction while collaborating with Product, Sales, Support, and Finance teams. This fully remote role offers direct influence on business growth in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively address risks and escalations.
  • Lead onboarding, demos, enablement sessions, and success planning.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify customer needs and trends.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of customer success or account management in SaaS.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset using data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
