As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize value from the platform. You'll build relationships, provide product expertise, and coordinate support to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Technical Account Management or relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Strong root cause diagnostic capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as dedicated technical resource for assigned accounts
  • Partner with customer System Administrators to understand business processes and configurations
  • Provide product expertise, guidance, and best practices
  • Oversee and coordinate customer support tickets, manage complex issues
  • Conduct Release Readiness Reviews and drive feature adoption
