As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize value from the platform. You'll build relationships, provide product expertise, and coordinate support to ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years Technical Account Management or relevant experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Strong root cause diagnostic capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated technical resource for assigned accounts
- Partner with customer System Administrators to understand business processes and configurations
- Provide product expertise, guidance, and best practices
- Oversee and coordinate customer support tickets, manage complex issues
- Conduct Release Readiness Reviews and drive feature adoption
