Description

You will manage the client onboarding process, monitor production issues, and collaborate with developers, traders, and product teams to enhance the client trading experience at Jump Trading's Client Market Making business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in fast-paced, client-facing trading environment
• 3-6 years of relevant experience with trading systems, order entry protocols, and market data protocols
• Strong understanding of client onboarding lifecycle including FIX protocol, conformance testing, and network routing
• Product expertise in at least one asset class (e.g., FX, CFDs, equities, fixed income)
• Experience with data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, or KDB+

Responsibilities

• Manage entire client onboarding process including connectivity, session setup, conformance testing, and pilot trades
• Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure seamless client trading experience
• Collaborate with developer and production reliability engineer teams to identify workflow and system issues
• Partner with trading, product, and sales teams to turn client requests into actionable roadmap items
• Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for team-wide knowledge sharing
