💼 About This Role
You'll help scale subscription services like Evergreen//One and Evergreen//Forever. You'll drive sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and process automation. This role reports to the Director of Subscription Sales Operations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage the Evergreen//One sales L1 quoting process and workflow
- Own and improve sales forecast processes across businesses
- Build and maintain reporting, planning, and operational models
- Manage and optimize subscription-related processes
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of sales functions and workflows
- Proven ability to drive complex projects from start to finish
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

- MBA preferred
- Experience with automation and tool enhancement roadmaps
