Description

Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting, with opportunities for telehealth and in-office procedures. Collaborate with teammates and supervise NP or PA colleagues while leveraging technology for high-quality care.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in Florida
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues
