You'll oversee facility maintenance and operations at our Hammonton, NJ site, ensuring safety, security, and GMP compliance across all buildings and equipment. You'll manage vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance to keep production running efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain all MEP systems and facility equipment to meet productivity targets
• Manage vendors, service agreements, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Oversee safety, compliance, and budget for repairs and capital projects
• Collaborate with security and compliance on loss prevention and logistics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of facility management experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting
• Supervisory experience with maintenance teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Cannabis or agriculture industry experience
• First Aid/CPR or EMT certification
