💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate CBI classes using evidence-based curriculum and provide individual counseling to participants in a prison re-entry program. Your work will help develop release prevention plans and track participant progress. This role offers a chance to impact marginalized communities through a therapeutic community model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate CBI classes using evidence-based curriculum
• Conduct individual sessions to develop release plans
• Evaluate and document participant progress in ARMS
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms

📋 Requirements

• Certified as an AOD Counselor
• One year of full-time AOD counseling experience

• Salary is flat $32/hour regardless of Counselor II or III level
