๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll drive alignment and scalable growth across the GTM organization at AlayaCare, a fast-growing SaaS company. You'll co-own GTM strategy and planning, architect an AI-enabled Revenue Operations function, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to optimize the revenue lifecycle from $100M+ to $500M+ ARR.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Co-own GTM strategy and annual/quarterly planning across regions.
  • Own end-to-end revenue lifecycle and build NRR/lifecycle dashboards.
  • Design AI-enabled GTM operating system with automation and advanced analytics.
  • Lead market segmentation and coverage design for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10 years progressive experience in Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience designing and scaling AI-powered GTM systems.
  • Proven track record driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, DealHub, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • People leadership experience building high-performing teams.
