Description

As a CNC Production Machinist on the Ultra Precision Machining team, you will manufacture micron-level tolerance machined parts at production volumes using world-class equipment. You will set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and work from blueprints to produce parts that push the boundaries of machining.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years experience with g-code, setup, operation, and/or programming of CNC mills/lathes
• Experience in production machining cells
• Must be available to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines for micron-level tolerance parts at production volumes
• Maintain maximum machine uptime by troubleshooting alarms, repairing tooling, and maintaining best practices
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions
• Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
