💼 About This Role
You'll develop and execute integrated media strategies across digital and emerging channels for consumer brands, managing campaigns from planning to optimization. You'll collaborate with Media Leads and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact, ensuring performance, innovation, and client success.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop integrated media strategies aligning with client goals and market insights.
- Build and manage cross-channel media plans across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead tactical campaign execution, ensuring timely launches and performance optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform optimizations and future strategy.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, preferably at a consultancy or large agency.
- Proven track record in integrated media planning across digital, social, traditional, and emerging channels.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data visualization.
✨ Nice to Have
- Retail and/or luxury brand experience.
- Experience with media measurement methodologies like Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, MMM.
- Experience building and scaling teams in high-growth environments.
