📋 Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Experience in recruitment (technical roles preferred)
• Communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Self-organization to manage multiple vacancies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM/ATS/HRMS systems
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian
