You'll own and scale billing operations for a high-growth SaaS company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your work will directly impact customer experience and revenue processes. This hands-on role offers the chance to drive automation and process improvements in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end billing process for subscription and usage-based revenue
• Manage billing queue, prioritization, and timely invoice generation
• Review and resolve complex billing scenarios (proration, expansions, terminations)
• Partner with systems teams to improve automation and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in billing, AR, or revenue operations
• Strong understanding of subscription and/or usage-based billing
• Experience managing high-volume billing processes
• Experience managing teams or serving as a team lead

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora)
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies
• Certification in AR or billing
