You'll champion operational excellence through team coaching, scheduling, and inventory management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and task monitoring
• Provide team support via training, coaching, and recognition
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies and tracking expiration
• Support financial health through budget review and copay management

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in high-touch customer service or healthcare
• Completion of a postsecondary Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution
• Active Medical Assistant certification from a recognized body (e.g., NHA, AAMA)
