💼 About This Role

You'll shape the customer experience through experimental design and hypothesis testing for a leading health and wellness platform. You'll partner with product managers and engineers to build best-in-class customer experiences using A/B testing and digital analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions with data-driven insights
• Own experimentation strategy including test design, sample-size estimation, and results interpretation
• Design intuitive dashboards in Looker to democratize data and elevate self-service capabilities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to quantify opportunities and recommend clear actions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests in a product environment
• Expert SQL skills
• Advanced experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with price testing and modeling price elasticity
• Experience with telehealth concepts
• DBT, airflow, and Databricks experience
