🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Own benefits administration and coordinate payroll with finance
• Support performance review processes and goal-setting frameworks
• Maintain compliance standards and HR infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience supporting both employees and contractors
• Strong analytical skills and high discretion
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
