💼 About This Role

You'll own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts at Choco, an AI-focused software company optimizing the food supply chain. You'll drive retention and expansion by acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and shaping how Customer Success scales for enterprise. This role combines commercial ownership with operational excellence at a unicorn startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-value enterprise customer accounts.
• Drive retention and expansion with full ownership of NRR.
• Build and execute account plans, QBRs, and success strategies.
• Lead escalations and ensure product adoption and value delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS.
• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with technical products like ERP.
• Strong commercial mindset with structured execution.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish or Italian a plus.
