You'll own the product vision and strategy for HighLevel's Courses platform, serving 1.1M+ monthly active learners in a B2B2C environment. You'll drive engagement, retention, and completion rates through experimentation and A/B testing. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a best-in-class learning experience at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Creators platform.
• Own the end-to-end learner journey from first interaction to completion.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building eLearning or MOOC platforms at scale.
• Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation.
• Proven track record of driving learner engagement and retention.
