You'll build a unified company data graph and agent layer, enabling Leadership to replace coordination with visibility. Design and ship agents that surface performance signals and recommendations. Own the entire stack from data pipelines to interfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build unified company data graph integrating execution, communication, and ops tools.
• Design and ship agents surfacing performance signals and recommendations.
• Containerize from visibility to recommendations to partial automation.
• Own entire stack: data pipelines, APIs, agent orchestration, evals, and interfaces.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with data pipelines or internal platforms.
• Hands-on LLM production experience: agent systems, tool use, or RAG.
• Strong Python and comfortable with TypeScript.
• Experience integrating SaaS APIs (Slack, GitHub, Google Workspace, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data modeling, knowledge graphs, or organizational analytics.
• Track record of shipping systems from zero to one with minimal guidance.
